Job Description Summary

You support sourcing for spend categories—including sourcing execution and stakeholder management—to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

How you will contribute

You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

  • Procurement experience across different market

  • Demonstrating a future-focused mindset, showing curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business strategies

  • Business and financials and an understanding of how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and loss

  • Leading and developing teams in a multi-cultural environment

What you need to know about this position:

Complex portfolio, high spend, need to understand PNOC process and have close collaboration with CPRM Team, strategic category to deliver company growth, financials and sustainability commitments, close suppliers’ partnership and governance, constant exposure to Senior Leadership and Stakeholders.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Curiosity, best practices, challenging status quo, looking for different opportunities of sourcing.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor, Engineer, or MBA.

Job specific requirements:

Skilled negotiator, strategize sourcing models and negotiation approach in complex environment.

Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Contract management.

Travel requirements:

Around 10% of business work per year.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
