This role is possible as 80-100% working time.
We are looking for a passionate Sales Planning Analyst to join our DACH Category Planning team. You will help our business react to changing business conditions with excellent data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales planning database:
Maintain and develop the sales planning database (CentrIS)
Consolidate actual sales, daily sales, forecasts
Create base prices in SAP for new items – supports in the delisting process
Train new joiner on the sales planning tools
Business analytics
Create standard reports and ad-hoc reports analysis
Provide clear business drivers and unlock actionable insights
Support the sales planning process
Support the customer sales planning by giving Key Account Managers guidance to improve their forecast
Understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
Coordinate the sales forecast process and support the Sales Team and Demand Planning Team in planning a highly accurate forecasts
Provide guidance in demand review meetings by identifying clear drivers to achieve realistic and ambitious forecasts in line with our growth ambitions
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Bachelor/Master's degree or similar in a relevant domain (economics, data management, ...)
Professional experience 2+ years
Expert level in MS Excel
Power BI, Sales planning tools
Fluent in English. German is a plus
Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Commercial/Sales thinking
Proactive & continuous improvement mindset
Team spirit & good communication skills
Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
