Description

Looking for an experienced professional for the position of Manager of Sales Operations. This strategic role supports rapidly growing US operations along with collaboration with an international team based mostly in Mexico, providing all financial analytical support pertaining to sales programs, cash applications, credit and collection and client reporting. The position supports the sales teams with financial topics, including reporting and analysis leading to critical business decisions. Seeking candidates with a BS Degree, 10+ years of finance analysis experience along with 5 years of those in management, proficiency in SAP/Salesforce with excellent communication and analytical skills. This is a rapidly growing business with high visibility, offering opportunities for growth within the company. Hybrid working model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Requirements

BS Degree required, MBA preferred

10+ years strong Finance experience supporting Sales Operations

Experience working in a multi-national firm

Supervisory experience

SAP, Advanced Excel and Salesforce desired

Must have strong communication and presentation skills
