THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Clinical Team Leader at DePuy Synthes, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide innovative orthopedic solutions. Partnering with the state-based leadership team, you will facilitate the progression of clinical capabilities across various specialties, manage a team of Clinical Specialists, and build sales enablement capabilities to support Product Specialists and ensure the critical retention of customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with RSMs and Product Specialists to accelerate clinical team capability.

  • Coordinate case schedules and provide in-field mentoring.

  • Manage key accounts.

  • Coordinate asset and inventory consignment up-keep

  • Support Product Specialists in sales enablement and identify business opportunities.

  • Build relationships with clinical stakeholders.

  • Support events and coordinate nurse and registrar education.

  • Provide in-servicing for hospital staff and the logistics teams.

  • Maintain expertise across focus brands and industry knowledge.

  • Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and KOL’s

  • Develop an onboarding framework for new employees.

  • Identify and register in-field Orthopaedic Trainees and manage rotations.

Qualifications

ITS ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related field within healthcare or business.

  • Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.

  • Experience in Medical devices or sales.

  • Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
