1. Operate a printing press under the guidance of a Printing Specialist or Lead Person, learning all aspects of setup and machine operation
2. Reads orders to determine appropriate materials and setup steps
3. Develop detailed knowledge of all printing duties, including but not limited to:
   1. Anilox roll care, handling, and installation/removal
   2. Cylinder/sleeve prep and installation
   3. Anilox roll determination based on job requirements and job recipe
   4. Ink prep and setup
   5. Print impression and registration setting
   6. Tear sheet folding and review prior to Lead Person sign-off
   7. Safe and efficient paper roll changes
   8. Quality checks and ink maintenance to ensure consistency throughout print run
   9. Learn to communicate effectively with and delegate tasks to Press Helper to achieve optimal team efficiency
   10. Develop mastery of efficient cleanups with no damage to equipment or components\ </li>
