Responsibilities

• Set up new employees in the system

• Prepare and submit payroll for roughly 200 teammates bi-weekly

• Update timesheet codes

• Responsible for timesheet collection and review of timesheets for accuracy

• Labor distribution, fringe benefits and accrued leave allocation

• Review tax returns, quarterly and year end

• Reconcile general ledger accounts
