These include candidate generation and pipeline development across the teams. The ideal candidate for the Talent Coordinator position will have previous experience in recruiting, or a human resources role, and have a current understanding of the recruiting and human resource landscape. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and priorities Build candidate pipelines through proactive outreach Manage multiple talent sourcing channels including Indeed and social media Source and review a large volume of candidate resumes Conduct phone interviews when necessary Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers Consistently follow up with targeted candidates through multiple hiring platforms Maintain detailed documentation of candidates within Trinity Solar's internal applicant tracking process Qualifications & Experience 1-2 years of recruitment experience; preferred but not required. A great attitude and desire to improve. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal). Team player with a sense of ownership and a get things done mindset.
