Job Description

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Exceed sales targets by spearheading cross-selling initiatives that expand market share within Samsung DA, LG HA, and LS Semi. Collaborate closely with the FAE team to generate new demand and maximize opportunities.

  • Account Management Excellence: Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with key decision-makers within Samsung DA, LG HA, and LS Semi, becoming a trusted advisor and driving consistent growth.

  • Channel Management and Optimization: Oversee and direct sales channels (UQ, FUCO) with meticulous attention, ensuring seamless operations and robust partnerships.

  • Metrics-Driven Success: Diligently track sales progress, proactively implement corrective measures, and maintain a laser focus on achieving ambitious sales goals.

  • Forecasting and Delivery: Provide accurate demand forecasting, ensuring on-time product delivery on time to optimize sales cycles and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Insightful Reporting: Deliver timely, insightful business reports to internal and external stakeholders, providing a strategic foundation for informed, data-backed business development.

  • Collaborative Partnership: Foster a strong working relationship with Samsung DA, LG HA, and LX customer and logistics teams. Drive alignment in weekly and monthly business plans to proactively create new opportunities.

  • Strategic Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities (launches, schemes, offers, etc.), ensuring a competitive edge through up-to-date insights.

  • Inventory Excellence: Meticulously oversee primary sales and inventory (PSI) management with distributors for optimized stock levels and minimized wastage.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BSC) required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of proven success in key account management positions within industrial sectors.

  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated expertise in building and nurturing deep, trust-based relationships with clients and extensive industry networks.

  • Proactive and Strategic: Possess a proactive mindset, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to drive long-term growth strategies.

  • Account Management Master: Exemplify superior account management skills with the capacity to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

  • Communication and Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), coupled with a strong customer-centric mindset.

  • Personality and Drive: Exhibit a creative, open-minded personality, a high degree of accountability, and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Analytical and Organized: Demonstrated proficiency in time management, data analysis, and PSI management.

  • Team Player with a Winning Attitude: Possess a collaborative spirit and an unwavering determination to succeed.
