Role: Senior Product Marketing Leader

Level: Senior. Individual contributor.

Required Experience: ​​ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience (MBA preferred). Additionally, this role requires 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales/fundraising, marketing, product development or related field. Previous responsibility for building and executing product strategy highly preferred.

Salary Range: $90,187.62 - $145,905.62. Applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. The typical hiring range is $100,000 - $120,000. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity. 03 The Job Responsible for delivering compelling messaging and marketing tools (digital, print, video, etc.) targeted to the high-net-worth donor segment for use by philanthropy fundraisers and other fundraising channels (https://www.worldvisionphilanthropy.org/) . Assigned products within our multi-year capital campaigns can include two or more of the following components of World Vision’s global work (Signature Initiatives) in: Water, Health, Economic Empowerment, Child Protection, Education, Emergency Response, Christian Discipleship, Women and Girls, and more).

H elp carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word, and sign. Role requires a high-capacity individual who thrives in a demanding and dynamic environment. Essential soft skills include demonstrated thought leadership, influential leadership, and high emotional intelligence. Applied knowledge of neuroscience principles is a plus.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate World Vision core values (https://www.worldvision.org/about-us/mission-statement#1468005319180-514a38f2-ffda::text=We%20Are%20Responsive-,We,-acknowledge%20one%20God) into decisions within the scope of the role.

  • Support brand, segment and product strategies in collaboration with segment leader.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates product from peer organizations and reflects World Vision prototypical benefit.

  • Help develop compelling offers and reports appropriate to segment in partnership with fundraising and international programs teams.

  • Deliver product insights and annual go-to-market plan for assigned products.

  • Partner with internal creative agency and other departments to execute go-to-market deliverables that align with the high-net-worth segment profile and the World Vision brand.

  • Collaborate with fundraising and technical program leads to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.

  • Serve as the marketing subject matter expert and reviewer of all donor-facing content (including donor events) for assigned products to ensure messaging is compelling, consistent, accurate, and delivers on donor promise.

  • Support fundraisers to understand assigned products and know how to effectively talk about them with donors and prospects.

    05 Salary Range & Benefits Your compensation and benefits are important to you so they’re important to us. The full salary range for this role is $90,187.62 - $145,905.62 . The typical hiring range is $100,000 - $120,000 . Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
