Pour notre laboratoire Européen de Polymères basé à TOURNUS (71), nous recherchons activement un ingénieur chimiste afin de travailler dans l’équipe Process Chemistry du laboratoire. Ce poste sous la direction du R&D Senior Group Leader de l’équipe process chemistry Polymères a pour fonction principale de réaliser la mise en échelle industrielles de différents polymères développés au laboratoire en passant par le stade laboratoire, pilote et échelle industrielle afin de supporter l’ensemble des divisions de Sherwin-Williams de la région EMEAI. Le candidat retenu devra également proposer des solutions à la résolution des potentiels problèmes de production impliquant une forte collaboration avec nos sites de productions. Il participera également à l’optimisation des formules développées ou en production dans le cadre de la qualification de fournisseurs de matières premières alternatives.
