Description

Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a remote contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our client's global customer care transformation project. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure phases of the customer care transformation project.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to key stakeholders.

• Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote open communication among team members.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in customer care or related fields, with prior experience in global companies and teams.

• Familiarity with near-shoring, off-shoring, outsourcing, or similar models would be advantageous.

• Experience in customer experience projects would be highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Experience working in remote or virtual environments.

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
