Responsibilities:

• Determine project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring smooth implementation and timely completion.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or obstacles

• Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen methodologies

• Regularly communicate project status to team members, ensuring transparency and alignment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of delivering world-class results

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

• Strong motivation and determination, with a passion for promoting ongoing growth

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
