Aufgaben

• HR-Berater und Sparringspartner der Führungskräfte in allen People relevanten Themen

• Begleitung von Change-Management-Prozessen der Fachbereiche als auch die von der Unternehmensstrategie

• Betreuung der Mitarbeiter*innen in allen personalrelevanten Themen und Fragestellungen

• Selbständige Vorbereitung von Personalaktionen (z.B. Entgeltveränderungen, Änderungen bedingt durch die Anpassung im Tarifvertrag etc.)

• Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Projekten. Konzepte entwickeln und umsetzten.

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes mindestens 4-jähriges Hochschulstudium.

• Fachkenntnisse und mehrjährige spezifische Berufserfahrung.

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Wissen rund um Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht, sowie Erfahrungen in der Entgeltabrechnung und der Anwendung des ERA Metall- und Elektro Tarifvertrags.

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint und Word) vorausgesetzt.

• Empathie, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit
