Western Construction Group Corporate Recruiter in St. Louis, Missouri

Western Specialty Contractors has grown to become the nation's largest specialty contractor in its field. We specialize in masonry and concrete restoration as well as preventative waterproofing of buildings and structures.

We have offices across the country and our Talent Acquisition department at our Headquarters in St. Louis, MO has an opportunity available for a Corporate Recruiter.

What It's All About...

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, engaging, and interviewing candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. They will utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. They primarily interact with potential candidates personally and/or online, and schedule interviews with the company’s hiring teams. The Corporate Recruiter also helps to track candidate data within the company’s ATS. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, has superior research skills, and is able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

What You'll Do...

  • Talent source, attract, and interview highly-competitive and best-fit candidates for the job

  • Creates job requisitions/postings in ATS

  • Communicates with hiring teams about their open positions and their requirements

  • Develops database/network of potential candidates

  • Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates

  • Assists in College & University Recruiting

  • Compiles statistical data concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, promotions

  • Administer the assessment program(s) for all semi-monthly employees when needed

Requirements

What You'll Need...

  • 2 years minimum of experience in recruiting, technical sourcing, or related role

  • 2 years minimum of experience in full-cycle recruiting

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Proven experience utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools (social media, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS programs

  • Must be able to handle confidential information

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor degree a plus

  • Travel 25%
