Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a new opportunity in a manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee local administrative operations at the Springfield facility.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure efficient workflow
  • Support remote administrative and executive staff and provide training/guidance as needed
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as required
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and manage calendars
  • Assist with HR duties like onboarding new employees
  • Provide administrative support to the plant manager and leadership team

Preferred experiences:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
  • Strong knowledge of office management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
