Senior Consutlant/ Consultant, Global Benefits

What the day will look like

  • Development of global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client's business objectives:

  • Pursue opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market

  • Collaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams

  • Contribute to leveraging Aon's capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions

  • Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well as colleagues in Human Capital Solutions and wider team

  • Strategic account management for key Aon global benefit client relationships

  • Models client focus excellence and responsible for mentoring and training junior consulting staff

  • Maintain required professional qualification

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • At least five years relevant industry experience, e.g. regional and/or consulting experience

  • Effective communication skills that can cover senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders

  • Multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions cross-border project management

  • Stakeholder and project management skills to support cross-border project

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
