Job Description

角色与职责

• 根据公司战略和策略，立足中国本土客户需求，负责产学研用项目的市场调研、筛选、引进及孵化。设计与高校，医院以及合作伙伴产学研用合作计划，项目执行及推广等工作。

• 负责与目标合作伙伴进行沟通与协调，确保合作项目的顺利进行。

• 负责组织策划合作伙伴与企业间的研讨会议及交流活动，搭建交流联动机制。

• 负责产学研相关的学协会、政府部门、高校、科研院所，医院，生态圈资源关系维护和建设。

• 负责协调公司市场、产品、研发、临床、法规法务等部门，确保合作项目的顺利执行。

基本资格

• 具有医学、生物医学工程、理科工程或相关领域的硕士或博士学位。

• 从事医疗产品研发及科研领域有至少5年的工作经验。

• 具备独立开展科研项目的能力，包括实验设计、数据分析、论文撰写等。

• 5年以上项目管理执行经验。

• 熟悉中国及全球产学研合作发展现状和主要模式，了解项目运作流程和基本内容，有与高校、医院及生态合作伙伴合作经验者优先。

• 高校、科研院所、医院，生态圈资源关系丰富者优先。

• 流利地使用英语进行书面和口头交流。

• 市场意识敏锐，有泛行业研究相关经验者优先
