The Product Management team is responsible for determining Zebra’s product offerings and driving development, launch, and adoption of product to positively impact the customer’s’ experience and market share. The Lifecycle Product Management team manages those products after launch and supports their overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Through general knowledge of market, competitive landscape, customer requirements, distribution channels and Zebra offerings, supports requirements for assigned product(s) and/or solutions and enables their growth through programs, promotions, working with internal and external stakeholders, and more.

  • Contributes to development and presentation of routine business cases by completing supportive research and other tasks under the supervision of senior team members.

  • Follows and analyzes sales numbers and success of key products. Reports on trends and puts together action plans to drive success for key product lines.

  • Supports Lifecycle Director in executing product lifecycle activities for assigned product lines.

  • Enables growth, with guidance from the manager, by identifying customer targets, developing, implementing, and monitoring plan. Presents results to development and senior team members.

  • Participates and/or leads product activities for products that have passed launch and are part of the main portfolio. Tasks may include SKU setup, ROI model creation, marketing collateral input and feedback, conducting training and webinars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience

  • Experience in relevant product management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
