Job Description

Major A ccountabilities :

To be the business partner to certain BU and enabling functions, offering consultation and advice to E&C related risk identification and management.

• Work with business leaders to establish and maintain an effective E&C program at Business Unit/Function level.

• Enable business leaders to identify E&C risks (e.g. leveraging the E&C scorecard and risk alert) and provide advice and subject matter expertise on how to manage risk areas. Work closely with the business to provide advice on appropriate business-level controls necessary to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

• Support development, maintenance and revision of policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program at BU/Function level.

• Development and implementation of an effective Ethics & Compliance training program for the BU/Functions in charge. To provide robust and effective live E&C training/ workshops to the local business team members.

• Work closely with local CoC ambassadors and fully empower and ignite the ambassador network. Support the development and implementation of tools to raise awareness of Compliance-related topics.

• Present Compliance-related reports and performances to business leaders and other communications for employees and senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Demonstrates unquestionable integrity and professionalism

2. University Degree or above, with Finance or legal background will be a plus

3. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry and have solid efforts in Ethics & Complance related functions

4. Deep understanding in E&C business partner roles and responsiblilty with proficient interaction competence with different level employees and leadership team.

5. Sufficient knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry with multiple business models

6. Self motivated and problem solving mindset
