Job Description3M is looking for a person to serve as a technical salesperson in the electrical products business. The applicant must be an Electrical Engineer by profession with demonstrable experience in technical sales; maintenance and expansion of customer portfolio in the Power Generation and Transmission market; with a special focus on Renewable Energies. The objective of these functions will be to ensure that the company has a relevant share in the aforementioned markets and to be able to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintain the level of commercial activities in current accounts and identify and develop new customers.• Meet the Performance and Development goals for this position.• Compliance with KPIs specific to the position.

Basic Qualifications:• Electrical Engineer.• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish (advanced)• Experience with the Salesforce System.• More than 5 years of experience in similar applications.• Knowledge of the technical business process.
