Join our team as a Machine Operator in San Jose, CA, where you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing issues in the plant environment. The safety of employees and our products is crucial, and as a Machine Operator you will help us achieve our safety goals by proactively accessing your environment and attending to issues or concerns. In this role, you must have flexibility to work 12 hours shifts with hours being 6a-6p or 6p-6a on a 2-2-3 rotation, and all overtime as assigned. The pay for this role is $25.43.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Measure twice and cut once - Producing high-quality finished goods and ensuring efficient and safe machine operation.

• Technical and Manual Machine Operating - Inspecting equipment and performing basic adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed.

• Adhering to Safety Practices - Following all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Continuous Improvement – You will have the opportunity to establish strong partnerships with different departments across the plant and work together to ensure everything is in place.

  We’re Looking for Someone With

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate the ability to operate machinery.

• Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

• Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of 50 pounds.

• This position requires regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Company policies. Additionally, the ability to interact well with other employees and work overtime, as necessary, is required.
