Your Role

As a Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for:

• Handle a team of Third Party Collectors

• Ensure proper staffing levels and effective customer service

• Work with the Operations Manager to plan and schedule production activities

• Administer performance improvement plans

• Assist in monitoring the production practices and set the schedules as required

• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting

• Conduct timely and effective quality assurance reviews and coordinate with QA Department

• Analyze business requirements and customer needs

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications for the Role:

• At least 2 years of proven work experience as Operations Supervisor/TL/TM in a International third party collections

• At least 2 years of BPO experience in International third party collections

• A total 5 years of experience in BPO industry

• Hands-on experience implementing operational processes

• Excellent project management skills

• Knowledge of operational principles and policies

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge in MS Office systems

• Knowledge in Google Docs, Forms, Sheets (optional)

• Willing to work in a rotational shift environment

• Willing to work from home or at a local area site

• Experience in different tools such as Sales Force, Zendesk, Twilio, Avaya, ticketing tools and Ujet is a plus.
