岗位职责与任职要求

1、备件制作

为了保证生产正常进行，保证加工质量及效率，按照工艺要求，执行最新的工艺方法，及时调整加工顺序，加工模具备件

2、备件检测及质量

为了提高模具备件加工效率及降低报废率，加强自检，寻找在模具备件加工过程中存在的问题，研究最佳的解决办法，并与班长沟通，协助班长进行工艺改善，降低废品率。

Requirement：

高中或中专学历

10年磨床工作经验

较好的沟通能力,具有团队合作精神, 客户服务意识。
