Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) covering Czechia .

Contract: Full time

Preferred location: Prague or Brno

This is a dual role of Sales & Marketing. Primary responsibility is to meet sales targets within a given product portfolio and defined territory whilst ensuring that all product and account activities are aligned with the company’s strategy and and marketing plan. The purpose of the role is to lead the marketing mix execution for designated brands (in this case bi-specifics in multiple myeloma). The FMS will own the business and marketing planning, ensure strong omnichannel communication plans and account management plans, and conduct regular business performance analysis followed by clear action plans. The purpose of the role is to ensure a high external engagement with customers and strong account management (60% of the time) and to leverage and localize the regionally created content (40% of the time) in alignment with the CMM. The role reports to CMM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business results in the designated account territory by flawlessly executing the brand plan on dedicated account level and build strong partnerships in a given therapeutic area.

  • Act as the product specialist at the customer interface and engage in constant dialogue to create value for patients, customers and Johnson & Johnson.

  • Analyze territory/ account sales data, and customer insights to develop account plans in alignment with the business strategy and brand plan.

  • Develops and executes the account plan in close collaboration with the Sales Manager, cross-functional in-field team (KAS) and CVT.

  • Plan sales activities in line with segmentation and targeting criteria using available sales data and CRM, e.g. iConnect, to allow for greatest possible sales impact.

  • Analyze and understand competitive landscape, local market trends and collect customer insights.

  • Plan the marketing mix and implement promotional activities (advertising campaigns, multichannel promotional activity, events, congress booths, marketing ad-boards, etc.) always under the supervision of CMM for the brands in scope.

  • Drive effective multi-channel communication. Adapt, translate, and garner approval of promotional materials developed by CEB or locally (in specific cases).

  • In alignment with CMM, locally create a strategic plan based on fast and proactive reaction to changes in the market, i.e. competitive landscape change

  • Build and continuously enhance sales and marketing skills, account management capabilities, and therapeutic area knowledge.

  • Ensure strong collaboration within the CVT as well as in the field with KAS in Hematology and with the MSL in Hematology

  • Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree in sales, marketing, business administration, natural sciences, pharmacy or similar field required

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Sales or Key Account Management experience in healthcare field

  • Demonstrate knowledge of innovative pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in launching a new brand in a specific market preferred

  • Marketing or Project Management experience of 1-2 years is an advantage

  • Fluent in Czech and Advanced in English both spoken and written

  • Strong customer orientation, effective and action driven communication, strong account management,

  • Open, thinking out of the box and flexible agile attitude

  • Proactive and independent, ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, provide and learn from feedback, be a team player

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office required

  • Valid driver’s license B required
