Responsibilities As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be a successful member of our administrative team. You will use teamwork along with self-management to build relationships with our customers through a customer-focused lens and be a key point of contact for both current and potential customers.

You will * Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify the customers concern and evaluate their needs * Use strong communication skills to communicate/empathize with customers, while building trust and handling objections within a conversational call flow * Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service * Perform outbound calls to customers to follow-up on service received and regarding outstanding customer account balances
