Are you skilled in accounts payable with dealership experience? Our client is looking to add an an Accounts Payable Specilist. Bring your 3+ years of dealership experience to ensure timely payments to vendors. Responsibilities:

• Monitor invoice submissions and maintain documentation.

• Post invoices into CDK daily for accurate accounting.

• Manage vendor accounts and address discrepancies.

• Create and manage vendor records according to company guidelines.

• Handle petty cash and report any issues promptly.

• Process invoices on time to avoid penalties.

• Generate monthly expense reports efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in dealership accounts payable.

• Experience with CDK and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors timely invoice submissions and ensures proper approvals and documentation.

• Posts invoices daily into CDK for correct accounting period.

• Notifies management of any discrepancies.

• Verifies vendor account records and reports discrepancies before payment.

• Establishes and maintains vendor records and 1099 records.

• Manages petty cash and reports shortages promptly.

• Processes invoices promptly to avoid penalties and takes advantage of vendor discounts.

• Generates monthly expense details workbook accurately.
