Job Description

We are in search of a Milling CNC Operator proficient in MasterCAM software. The ideal candidate will be eager, possess a strong work ethic, and have the capability to operate the machine independently from the programmer. The role requires meticulous inspection of parts to ensure they meet specifications and the ability to set up the CNC machine.

Responsibilities:

 Organizing and Prioritizing Work: Manage tasks efficiently and prioritize based on shop requirements.

 Collaboration with CNC Machinists: Work closely with CNC Machinists to understand program details and ensure smooth operations.

 Optimal Customer Satisfaction: Perform duties to enhance customer satisfaction.

 CNC Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines for various tasks, load materials, conduct test runs, complete full cycles for part fabrication, and supervise machine execution.

 Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

 Machine Maintenance: Regularly maintain machinery to ensure functionality.

 Work Environment: Operate within a manufacturing environment; reasonable accommodations are made for individuals with disabilities.

MasterCAM software.

 Independent operation of CNC machines.

 Proficient in inspecting parts to ensure specification compliance.

 Skilled in setting up CNC machines. Educational background from a Trade School, or holding College Certificates/Degrees in Manufacturing Technology and CNC Programming.

 Spanish or Vietnamese communication skills. null
