The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer support, handling incoming orders, verifying customer purchase order accuracy, confirming purchase order with customer, resolving discrepancies, and providing technical support. The position will be located in Mölndal, Sweden.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Manage and Process orders through the systems.

• Maintain close contact with involved parties to assure timely and correct deliveries.

• Liaise internally to ensure any pre-work is coordinated.

• Book shipments and Invoices

• Have fun and most meaningfully, help. Our goal is to help our customers with whatever they need.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• At least two years of relevant work experience

• Excellent communication skills that include proficiency in Swedish and English.

• Analytical and numerical proficiency

• Customer focus and problem-solving skills

• Natural team-player, happy to work within a successful and talented team.
