Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience operating heavy equipment

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Mechanically inclined

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Travel when required

Day in the Life

Calling all operators! You’ll be the powerhouse behind the controls of a variety of large machinery, mainly the mobile deck screen but also including skidsteers and excavators.

Your responsibilities will include safely maneuvering equipment to perform tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and lifting materials. Attention to detail will be critical in this role as you work with process controls and perform all fluid level checks and conduct routine maintenance on the equipment, cleaning, servicing, and performing minor repairs to ensure optimal performance. Conducting pre-operational checks on equipment, completing maintenance records, and daily equipment logs will also all be crucial to the job

Safety will always be your number one priority as you adhere to protocols, wear PPE, keep a keen eye out for any potential hazards, communicate effectively, and promote an overall safe culture.
