Description

Our professional services client is on the hunt for a fractional CMO to fill in during an FTE replacement search. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a large team of driven and talented staff. The right fit will have a track record that includes:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within Marketing for a minimum of 10 years, preferably within the Professional Services industry

• Demonstrated skills in Consulting and Advisory services, providing strategic direction and advice to both internal teams and external clients

• Exceptional Executive Leadership capabilities, with a track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams

• Extensive experience in Budget Management, with the ability to strategically allocate resources and manage expenditure

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies and results to a variety of stakeholders

• Ability to drive existing marketing strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results

• Proficiency in using modern marketing technologies and platforms

• Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver effective solutions

• A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.

Requirements
