ABOUT YOU:

This role provides support for the organization’s benefits, compensation and HR systems, which may include administration of all health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave policies, paid time off plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits policies for US and International employees. The incumbent may also support broader total rewards programs as needed, including recognition programs and compensation program support.

YOU HAVE:

  • Technical skills. Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Attention to detail. Strong analytical skills, problem solving, organizational skills, and detail orientated. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to deal with extremely confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner. Preferred strong business acumen.

  • Great communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment serving many different customers. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate well with employees at all levels of the company.

  • Experience. Knowledge of benefit and/or time off plans/regulations. Preferred experience with ADP Workforce.

  • Education. 4-year degree with 2-4 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in an HR function. Preferred SPHR, HRIC, CEBs or other benefit certification.

    YOU WILL:

  • Benefits plans:

  • Day to Day administration of company’s health & welfare and retirement plans, which includes management of multiple vendor partner services.

  • Provide support to employees, process and/or troubleshoot benefit eligibility, claims, enrollment, and other issues that arise.

  • Oversees and collaborates with HR partners in administration of company leave, disability, and/or paid time off plans.

  • Participates in the development of a benefits strategy aligned with the organization’s business strategy in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

  • Analyzes trends and costs to make and implement recommendations.

  • Leverages benefit best practices and knowledge of regulatory changes to recommend benefit program changes.

  • Develops communication and training for benefit programs.

  • Conducts requests for proposals to analyze and recommend vendors.

  • Provides ongoing support and oversight of vendor services including contract review, monitoring performance guarantees, and ensuring service deliverables.

  • Assists in the preparation of various committee meeting materials and materials and attends meetings.

  • Maintains current and accurate program documentation, meets filing deadlines, and ensure program compliance with applicable regulations: Plan Documents, SBCs, enrollment guides, Summary Annual Reports, Anti-discrimination testing, 5500 reports, audits, etc.

  • Oversees international H&W and retirement benefit plans.

  • Financial administration:

  • Track ongoing benefits expenses for department.

  • Complete A/P requests for benefits invoices.

  • Conduct eligibility audits and work with Third Party Administrator to maintain arrears balances, status/election changes, etc. for benefit deductions.

  • Ensure appropriate and timely HSA / FSA account funding.

  • Ensure appropriate and timely 401K account funding.

  • Assist with annual benefits budget.

  • Total Rewards program support:

  • ​Support the broader Total Rewards team in other total rewards programs, including recognition programs and compensation administration support.

  • Other project support as needed.
