As a Cyber Architect/Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing advanced cyber security solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the architecture of our cyber security systems, ensuring the highest level of protection for our assets and data. Your expertise will help safeguard our company from potential cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our organization's cyber security posture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and implement cutting-edge technologies to protect our systems and data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and monitor for potential threats.

  • Design and implement advanced cyber product security solutions, including network security, and data encryption.

  • Develop and maintain the architecture of our cyber security systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Stay up to date with the latest cyber security trends and technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering specialized in Computer Science, Information Technology, electronics and communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace product development experience, aerospace product architecture, aerospace development processes

  • Strong knowledge of network security protocols, encryption algorithms, and vulnerability assessment tools.

  • Exposure to designing and implementing security and safety solutions for complex systems and networks.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    WE VALUE

    • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH or equivalent.

    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such DO326A/DO356A/ARP4654/ARP4761.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
