We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrification and automation area.

Your Challenge

As Technical Project Manager your You will be responsible for the technical development of MV projects including compliance with scope, specifications, state of the art of engineering practices; for the management of small projects or will work in cooperation with Project Manager for wider and more complex activities.

Some of the main activities will be:

• Oversees the engineering activity on projects for MV boards for a global business unit that focuses on electrical substations, PV plants, energy storage system;

• Develop material specification, wiring diagrams preparation and follow-up to ensure proper and effective implementation;

• Starting from Plant Single Line Diagram, perform product definition through Company MV board definition tools design;

• Follow-up of the assigned projects from handover, through fabrication, testing up to Customer delivery;

• Perform, whenever required, the follow-up of site installation and actively participate to the plant commissioning phase;

• Collaborating with Supply Chain for input on vendor documentation, bids and proposals evaluations, materials and equipment;

• Perform special assignments and provides technical advice in area of expertise.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Demonstrates knowledge in field of electrotechnical specialization and multiple disciplines to the successful completion of similar assignments.

• Proven experience, at least 3-5 years in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

• Good knowledge of MV switchgear technology with protection and control systems;

• Technical High School Diploma and/or Engineering University Degree (Electrical background in example)

• Available to trips to Siemens and Third Party factories in order to assist during the factory acceptance tests;

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Eligibility to work in Italy
