Seeking an individual with good interpersonal skills to perform a range of building maintenance and repairs. Duties include: assist with evaluating and completing building repairs and maintenance in our office buildings and mental health care homes in Addison County, in and near Middlebury, Vermont. We are looking for someone with a High School degree or technical certificate, with three or more years construction and/or property maintenance experience. Day time work, 30 to 40 hours per week depending on need, includes comprehensive benefits. Equal opportunity employer. Starting rate \$19.00 per hour.
