Amazon Senior Partnerships Manager, Influencers, EU Creators in London, United Kingdom

Description

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager to join our EU Creators team, supporting the growth of the Amazon Influencer Program (AIP) in Europe.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with macro and key opinion leader influencers across various industries. The primary objective is to leverage their reach and influence in inspiring customers during their purchase journey, promoting the creation of commerce content as a viable business and editorial opportunity for influencers to engage their communities, and maximizing the visibility of influencer content across Amazon marketing channels to drive return on investment. The aim is to establish our Program as a pivotal point of reference within the Creator economy across Europe.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development manager with a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, who is customer obsessed, data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work in the fast-paced and rapidly evolving creator economy.

This candidate is comfortable working independently, excellent at communicating with stakeholders regularly, and collaborates well with cross-functional partners across Creators teams, PR, social media, etc. This role requires working at the strategic level to identify growth opportunities for Europe, and consistently delivering at the tactical level by executing and optimizing influencer campaigns, analyzing engagement and attribution data, and delivering program growth.

The preferred location for this role is London, but we also accept candidates from Munich, Milan, or Madrid.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with macro and key opinion leader influencers across Europe to drive their participation in the Amazon Influencer Program.

  • Develop and execute influencer partnership strategies to leverage their reach and influence in inspiring customers during their purchase journey and promoting the creation of commerce content as a viable business and editorial opportunity.

  • Define and implement incentive plans and commission structures for influencer partners, ensuring growth is achieved within established financial guardrails and budgetary constraints.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the visibility of influencer content across Amazon marketing channels, maximizing return on investment and inspiring customers.

  • Utilize an analytical approach to prioritize opportunities, assess business impact, and regularly report progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

  • Lead projects aimed at advancing best practice sharing, process refinement, and generating innovative ideas for influencer marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with Amazon internal teams to provide support for strategic Amazon businesses and growth initiatives related to influencer marketing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

  • Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements

  • Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

  • 6+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the affiliate marketing or digital media industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units

  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

  • Experience in online sales or high-tech products/services

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
