As a Senior Consulting Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive finance consulting and industry experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving successful client engagements, implementing solutions, and providing strategic recommendations. You will help our clients solve complex business problems from strategy through to execution working across our service offerings. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of high-impact consulting and implementation services ensuring client satisfaction and business growth for our global portfolio of private and listed small, mid, and large cap companies including many well-known FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1,000 clients.

Responsibilities and Required skills:

• Develop an expert understanding of Workiva, Kyriba, OneStream, Coupa or BlackLine (or similar digital finance technologies) across various modules including implementation.

• The ability to discuss digital finance technology and process in detail with seamless transition between the two.

• Assist in developing and leading executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.

• Work alongside cross functional teams and execute multiple project management activities including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.

• Attention to detail in executing work products with excellent follow-through.

• Effective organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities.

• Assist clients in implementing recommended changes, providing guidance and support throughout the transformation process.

• Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance for project delivery, sales, and internal operations.

• Embrace and adapt to evolving responsibilities, taking on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant-related field of study

• 3+ years of finance consulting and/or implementation experience in one of the following (Blackline, Workiva, OneStream, Kyriba, Coupa or similar) is required.

• Understanding of project methodologies & techniques is preferred.

• Proven track record in practice growth responsible for revenue and margin targets associated with technology implementation and finance transformation projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing.

• Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.

• Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, leading practices, and execution a plus

• Effective organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities.

• Be able to develop and lead executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
