Duties and responsibilities related to the ​ Assistant Director of Food & Beverage ​ role * *

• Overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars,eventsand room service

• In collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

• Participating in the recruitment andselectionofF&B colleagues

• Assistingin the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food & Beverage operations

• Support the Director of Food & Beverage in aligning Food & Beverage activities with the overall strategy of the hotel

• Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth

*About you *

Proventrack recordandexperience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
