*Location will need to be in the Chicagoland, Illinois area.

  • Are you familiar in conducting candidate interviews using behavioral interview techniques to assess candidate’s skill level, interest, and organizational cultural fit?

  • Are you successful on advising hiring managers - providing a consultative approach to develop and execute the recruiting strategy for each open position?

  • Do you regularly communicate with key stakeholders on their search process?

  • Do you propose creative ideas for identifying and attracting top talent in a competitive market?

  • Are you able to collaborate in hiring events?

  • Are you effective utilizing tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and other social channels to source candidates?

As our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be passionate about identifying and attracting talent for KONE. Your mission is to engage and hire the most qualified experienced candidates. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter builds relationships with candidates and partners with the business, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. You will manage a high volume of requisitions at one time and actively recruit for full-time employees at all levels (including passive sourcing), from entry level to experienced, as well as support the internal movement process between roles.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of corporate recruiting expertise as well as effective sourcing experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong and sustainable internal organizational relationships.
