IT Project Manager II (HEX459; multiple positions; full-time)Hexaware seeks IT Project Manager II to work in Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to prepare proposals and estimates for design and implementation of IT projects. Develop and update project plans for IT projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, cost estimations, timelines, and staffing. Manage IT project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope; Track IT project issues and lead resolution efforts. Direct the activities of IT project personnel, conduct resource planning, and document performance. Client communication to assess current and future project needs. Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of IT experience. The two years must include one year of experience with one of the following skill sets: -RESTful Web Services, Hibernate, & Java;-Jira, SQL Developer, & MS Visio;-DevOps, ServiceNow, & Jira; OR-PL/SQL Developer, Oracle, & ETL.In lieu of a Master’s Degree and two years of IT experience, will accept Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor’s IT experience. The five years must include one year of experience with one of the following skill sets: -RESTful Web Services, Hibernate, & Java;-Jira, SQL Developer, & MS Visio;-DevOps, ServiceNow, & Jira; OR-PL/SQL Developer, Oracle, & ETL.All experience may be acquired concurrently.
