Description We are on the hunt for a meticulous General Office Clerk to join our team in the professional services industry, located in Irvine, California. This role involves assisting with office tasks such as restocking inventory, refilling copiers, scanning tax documents, and downloading electronic files. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the front desk with restocking and inventory tasks.

• Refilling copiers and maintaining their functionality.

• Scanning tax documents and ensuring their safe storage.

• Downloading electronic files and organizing them appropriately.

• Utilizing MS Office to perform tasks efficiently.

• Working independently with minimal supervision.

• Balancing multiple tasks and prioritizing work without assistance.

• Interacting with clients and team members through strong oral and written communication.

• Maintaining a sustained pace while producing quality work. Requirements • Applicant must have at least one year of professional experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

• Familiarity with document scanning and managing digital files is required.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country.

• Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.

• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on department and company needs.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Solid customer service skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
