Overview:

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team. This position will be responsible for the life-cycle recruitment process to facilitate effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

· Manage full cycle recruiting process including job descriptions, job postings, sourcing candidates, phone/video interviews, job interviewing, offers, regular communication with candidates and hiring managers, employee referrals, background checks, etc.

· Identify and develop recruiting strategies to build an ongoing, ready pipeline of qualified candidates to meet Company’s hiring needs.

· Sourcing of passive candidates through social media, networking, online recruiting tools, and Dr. Tavel’s ATS

· Schedule and conduct video phone screens, assessments, and onsite interviews

· Coordinate and attend career fairs and community events to promote open positions and build candidate pipeline

· Assist with onboarding process and administrative functions related to HR and recruiting functions as needed

· Conduct new hire orientation

· Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruiting needs and develop recruiting strategy for open reqs

· Manage Company ATS, LinkedIn recruiting seat, and premium Indeed postings

· Provide support, assistance, and training to employees in managing and using ATS and recruiting activities (interview techniques, STAR methodology, etc.)

· Administer recruiting measures and making recommendations to improve recruiting process and meeting targets. Includes recruiting analysis, weekly reporting, outreach, effectiveness of recruiting sources, etc.

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced high-volume environment

· Strong, creative sourcing experience with success in identifying and recruiting qualified talent

· Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required with ability to interact with all levels of leadership

· Self-motivated and organized with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

· Energetic, driven personality with demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple open requisitions, and effectively manage deadlines

· Ability to work independently and be self-directed, but also a team player in a hybrid environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience using an ATS (preferably Paycor), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

Requirements

This is a salaried, full-time position with a full benefits package. This position has the ability to be hybrid.
