The Team

Our global team is tasked with the architecture, design, development, quality assurance, and maintenance of internal Generative AI-based platforms. Recognized for expertise, innovation, and passion, you will work collaboratively to achieve ambitious goals and push the boundaries of technology.

The Impact

You will play a key role in developing a state-of-the-art Generative AI platform that empowers our 30,000+ internal users. Your contributions will also extend to leading or participating in workshops aimed at broadening the adoption of Generative AI across various roles within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture and Development: Architect, design, and develop high-quality solutions within a multi-functional Agile team.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance of all developed software.

  • Problem Solving and Innovation: Address complex challenges with innovative solutions, balancing costs and benefits.

  • Best Practices and Automation: Implement software engineering best practices and leverage automation across all solution delivery phases.

  • Collaboration and Implementation: Collaborate closely with team members to understand and execute project specifications effectively.

  • Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for all areas of the applications.

  • Leadership and Framework Development: Manage project dependencies effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Develop reusable frameworks to enhance platform efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrable experience in front-end and back-end development, including familiarity with ReactJS, Node.js, Python, and Postgres.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS, and an understanding of serverless architectures.

  • Proficiency in full stack development and agile methodologies.

  • Strong automation and testing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a technical field.

  • Extensive experience with ReactJS and modern web technologies.

  • Proven leadership in agile and project management.

  • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD and industry best practices in software development.
