This role is based in our Digital Acquisition Technology and will have a keen focus on platform modernization, bringing to life the latest technology stacks to support the ongoing needs of the business as well as compliance against global regulatory requirements.

Taking your place as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices
Writing code and unit tests, working with API specs and automation
Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies

How will you make an impact in this role?
As part of our diverse tech team you will architect, code and ship softwares that makes us an essential part of our customers digital lives.
Perform hands-on design, and development of systems and APIs
Participate in Solution management discussions to drive solutions for the Enterprise.
Ability to solution and implement onto the processes quickly for the team.
Perform rapid Pilot/POCs to experiment various engineering optimization and inner-sourcing techniques
Function as an agile team member and helps drive consistent development practices w.r.t. tools, common components, and documentation
Ability to identify cross functional architecture and engineering re-usable opportunities
Optimize the current architecture and code base.
Support engineers in rapid development and deployment by re-designing & revamping the current code base to more global, composable and modularized code
Provide guiding principles and partner with multi-functional product teams for proactive maintenance of the critical data assets owned by their respective business functions
Minimum Qualifications
8 years of Software Development and Support experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
Programming skills in React, No de and Javascript
Advanced Experience in developing enterprise systems in Java .
Strong people leadership skills, with proven track record of leading big teams through influencing.
Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid application development methods
Programming Languages and Frameworks.
Ability to communicate problems/issues across multiple levels of leadership and obtain concurrence on go-forward approach quickly for time-critical issues.
Strong Team coordination skills across the organization locations.
Ability to drive code review and change review sessions to ensure changes are of acceptable quality.
Advanced experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems and relational databases PostgreSQL.
Advanced Experience in REST API Services development and Cloud integration.
Leverage state of the art implementation patterns and best practices to solve problems and enable solutions
Leverage and integrate code CI/CD pipeline to enable orchestration of builds, testing and deployments
Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical, and business product Managers on solution design
Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems
Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies
Strong communications, presentation skills, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience leading and coaching of engineers.
