Unilever Automation Executive (Project Based) in Manggahan Pasig,
Role Title: Automation Executive (Project Based)
Type: Project Based until December 31, 2025
Location: Unilever RFM Ice Cream - Manggahan, Pasig City
Project Objectives:
The role of an Automation Executive is critical in managing the platform assigned. They report to the Automation Program Partner on deployment plans and execution activities directly involving users.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance (QA) of automation solutions to ensure they meet performance standards.
Identifying and addressing any bugs, errors, or issues before deployment.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Monitor the performance and effectiveness of automation solutions.
Tracking KPIs as aligned with the business teams and APP.
Change Management and Adoption
Provide training, support, and communication to stakeholders to help them understand the benefits of automation and adapt to new ways of working.
Create training materials and useful resources to sustain knowledge transfers.
Gather feedback from users and review adoption approach.
Vendor Development engagement
- Collaborates with the IT vendors to ensure design is aligned with the business processes.
Technical Rollout Lead
Deploys the tool across all users according to the deployment plan with the APP.
Coordinates with area leads on pre-rollout preparations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or any business-related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent Project Management skills
Experience in Data Management, Reporting and automation
Must be highly proficient in MS Excel
With strong data management, data analysis and data visualization capabilities
Amenable for a project based contract until December 31, 2025
