ManpowerGroup CAD Specialist in Foley, Alabama

Our client, an employee owned company, located in Foley, Alabama, is seeking a CAD Specialist on a direct hire basis. This person would manage various projects within the Engineering, Maintenance, and Compliance Department. This would be an hourly position, onsite, M-F (7a-3:30p).

Job Title: CAD Specialist

Location: Foley, AL 36535

Pay Range: $30-$33/HR

What’s the Job?

  • Performs necessary maintenance and troubleshooting withAutoCAD and Autodesk products to manage facility drawing filesand maintain their organization.

  • Maintains Drawing Catalog of archived AutoCADdocuments, paper drawings and record of current andcompleted work for later review, revision and analysis.

  • Works closely with EMC Engineering and Maintenance Team toprovide Computer Aided Design (CAD) and drafting support asneeded for facility, plants and equipment.

  • Must be onsite 100% of the time.

What’s Needed?

  • Associates in Computer Aided Drafting from an accredited college or university.

  • Proven skills of managing Computer Aided Drafting projects from start to completion.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PC software packages (MS PowerPoint, Excel) and applicable engineering tools.

  • 5 year(s) required in engineered drafting experience in a maintenance/manufacturing setting.
