ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Exeter, New Hampshire

Our client, in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the process equipment department supporting production. The ideal candidate will have mechanical ability, experience with automated equipment and strong understanding of computer data systems which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Exeter, NH

Pay Range: $27-$30/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Performing mechanical and electronic technical duties to fabricate, test and debug assembly systems

  • Comprehensive oversite of process equipment operations with data collection and analysis

  • Following complex manuals, instructions and schematics

  • Troubleshooting, maintaining and calibrating

  • Implementing and sustaining LEAN and 6S process discipline

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher education

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience

  • Strong technical and analytical skills

  • Thorough knowledge of computer database systems

  • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
