TEKsystems Tier 2 Technical Support in Deerfield, Illinois

Description: Our client is looking it looking for a Tier 2 network resource to help built out their IT infrastructure which will include network & server support, application support, access / identity management support along with leading cyber security efforts.

Details/ Responsibilities

• Access/Identity Management within Azure Active Directory

• User Onboarding/Offboarding through Azure Active Directory

• Role based provisioning/access through Azure Active Directory

• Monitoring/Auditing of the environment, roadmap still getting established

Upgrade/Software Patch Management

• Microsoft Suite/OS – build standard OS Images for desktops/laptops/servers

• Infrastructure (BIOS Patching)

• MS Intune Management

Application Support

• Responsible for all application support troubleshooting and break/fix as it relates to:

o Adobe Suite

o GoDaddy/WordPress/Bluehost/Intranet/MailChimp

o Windows Operating System

o Aspen Tech Hysys

o Zoom

Infrastructure/Network Support

• Desktop/Laptop/Workstation

• Server Physical/Virtual operational support, first server is being orders that has the capacity to run 6 or 7 virtual servers

• Print Infrastructure

• Network Switches/Routers/Firewall operational support

• NetSuite knowledge is a nice to have

• Microsoft 365/Exchange support, break/fix and provisioning of accounts for the 60 current users (next year there will be around 150 users)

• Working within SharePoint online, folder creation, auditing of SharePoint, supporting Break/Fix issues

• Microsoft Azure administration, reporting, provisioning and break/fix support

  1. Experience & Support with Azure AD & all the entire MSFT suite

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Cyber Security

• Administration of Mimecast and working with vendor on tuning filtering etc.

• Administration/Monitoring Sentinel One for Malware/Virus etc.

• Windows Defender administration & support

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
