He or she will be responsible for coordinating projects and programs for the Global Technical Service Marketing team where we are working to shape the future of service at Baxter. Activities will vary depending on the team needs but would include coordinating workshops, trainings, and meetings, assisting with executing internal and external communications, facilitating project check-ins and updates, tracking project actions and needs, and updating presentations and status reports.
Duties and responsibilities
Workdirectlywith the Sr Director of Service Marketing Operations to plan and preparecross-functionalworkshops, meetings, trainings, and other activities
Prepare meeting invitesfor attendees, draftagendas,coordinatepre-work,and track actions & outcomes
Assist the global and regional marketing leads inexecuting keyinitiativessuch as internal/external communication projects, digitalor socialmarketinginitiatives,updating or creating brochures,launching surveys, gathering sales team feedback or input,or others marketing needs
Bachelor’s degree with3years or moreexperience in marketing, administrative assistance,event management,or project management
Strongcommunicationandorganizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
Strong work ethic, ability to take initiativeandwork independently in a fast paced, evolving environment.
