Overview

Our Deerfield, IL office is seeking a CAD Operator/Technician to join its Solar team. This position will support our growing Solar practice by using computer drafting techniques to generate site plans, construction drawings, zoning drawings and details for a variety of project types.

Responsibilities

• Generate concept level and final design grading using AutoCAD and Revit

• Prepare exhibits and final design plans

• Make revisions to plans based on comments

• Manage deadlines for on-time submittals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit

• Relevant design experience preparing construction plans and documents

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn
