Reports to: Supply Chain Manager, MAPA Spontex Pro
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid
Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Demand & Stock Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the flow and availability of MAPA Spontex Pro products within the Group’s subsidiaries. You will support the Demand Planner in analyzing stock shortages and providing the sales team with updates on the stock situation.
You will be part of a team of 16 people based in our office in Colombes.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Tasks as a Demand & Stock Coordinator
Management of stock between subsidiaries and between external customers
Monitoring of sales opportunities against expectations
Analysis and communication of indicators: number of items, excess stock, stock-outs
Coordination of product lifecycles, in partnership with customer service teams, to ensure that ERP systems are kept up to date and inventories run smoothly.
Communication and monitoring of air flows to avoid product shortages.
Support for Demand Planner PRO analyses, preparation of monthly meetings
Participation in product line substitution projects
Participation in continuous improvement projects

What You’ll Need
Minimum:
• Fluent English and French
• Good command of MS Excel
• Experience in Supply Chain or Sales within international environment or Higher education in a field of Supply Chain or Sales
Your advantage:
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
